Ohio’s Site Inventory Program was created in 2016 to fill the gaps in available commercial real estate by identifying developable land and providing funds for environmental studies, infrastructure, and other costs to ready the sites for large-scale developments. Ohio Development Services Agency announced a third application round for the training reimbursement program, Ohio TechCred. Employers can be reimbursed for employee technology training for up to $2,000 per employee for a maximum of $30,000. The program application period closes August 31, 2020.
